As I live abroad, their turn key approach was essential to the success of the project. Jam by Hedayat Ltd. were hired to do design and procurement services for a Community/Sales Centre at our West Carclaze Garden Village project in Cornwall. The project was a demanding one as it needed to achieve multiple design and functional objectives (be a showcase for the project as a whole, eco/sustainability criteria, use of local materials, artists and artisans etc) all to be delivered within a limited budget and time program. Jam represented by Hedayat and Marcia did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Hedayat and her senior designer have just completed the full drawings for my penthouse. I have really enjoyed working with both of them.
